These terms and conditions form part of your agreement with Seafood4You. By accessing our website, registering as a customer and ordering products you agree to be bound by and comply with these terms.
As a company we comply with the highest standard of food safety management systems. It is our guarantee to you the customer that you’ll always receive your order in a safe and timely manner. All orders are dispatched in our HACCP approved temperature controlled courier vehicles. It is the responsibility of the customer to be present when your order is delivered, or provide a detailed description at the checkout of where the goods are to be stored. It is advised that if you cannot be present for your delivery that you provide appropriate storage for your goods to be placed into. i.e. esky, fridge or freezer. If you are not present and/or have not provided details of where your delivery is to be stored at the checkout, then a re-delivery fee of $40.00 will be charged to your allocated credit or debit card. You will be contacted by one of our team members to organise a delivery time on the next available delivery day. For your order to be despatched, you must provide a delivery address that is located within one of our delivery areas. Ownership and responsibility for all products transfers to you once they have been delivered.
Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products, Seafood4You Home can only offer a refund in limited circumstances. If you believe that the product you have received is either faulty or not as you ordered, you will need to notify us with the details within 24 hours of receiving the product. All refunds will be at the discretion of Seafood4You and will be charged back to your credit card, usually within 7 business days. Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed for delivery. If you wish to cancel an order you must contact Seafood4You before your order is packed for delivery. Collation of Information
In order to use the Seafood4You, we may require information from you so to provide the best possible service. All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regards to sales, support and accounts, including email. Any information collected by Seafood4You is collected via correspondence from you or your company. This may be via our website, email, telephone, mail or fax. Details collected from Seafood4You customers are required in order to provide you with our products and the highest level of customer service. Correspondence is recorded to provide service reference, and to assist in our team training and development.
Seafood4You uses CommWeb for its online credit card transactions. CommWeb processes online credit card transactions for thousands of Australian merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the CommWeb are secured payments.
- Payments are fully automated with an immediate response.

- Your complete credit-card number cannot be viewed by Seafood4You or any outside party.
- All transactions are performed under 256-bit SSL security

- CommWebb at no time touches your funds; all monies are directly transferred from your credit card to the merchant account held by Seafood4You.
