Pan Fried Snapper W/ Orange & Fennel Salad (By Chef Paolo)

Directions

Put orange segments, sliced fennel, fennel leaves and olive oil in a bowl.

Season, mix and set aside.

Season fish with salt and pepper and fry in a pre-heated pan for 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

Serve with salad
