Blanch asparagus in boiling salty water for 2 minutes, drain, set aside.
Season salmon with salt & pepper, put olive oil in a non-stick or cast iron pan, fry salmon on a medium high heat for 4 minutes on 1 side
. Turn salmon fillet over and cook for another 2-3 minutes, set aside. Melt butter in pan, add garlic, lemon zest and lemon juice.
Toss in asparagus, adjust seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve salmon and asparagus with lemon butter from the pan.
