Fish w/ Sweet & Sour Sauce (By Chef Paolo)

Directions

Lightly coat fish with flour and fry until cooked and golden brown, set aside on a plate. put garlic, onion, capsicum, tomato & pineapple in a wok and stir fry for 30 seconds. Add tomato sauce oyster sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt & pepper and stir fry for another minute. Add slurry to thicken sauce, pour over fish and garnish with shallots.
