Baked Parmesan Crusted Snapper (By Chef Paolo)

Pre-heated oven to 180°C.

Put 2 slices of bread in a food processor and blitz into coarse crumb.

Add cheese and parsley.

Brush butter all over fish.

Season fish with salt & pepper.

Add parmesan crumb on top of fish.

Bake in oven at 180°C for 15-20minutes.

Serve with chips & salad.
