Our tropical fish species are caught off the coast of Northern Australia and landed weekly.
Our farmed Barramundi is grown in Liverpool creek south of Innisfail. All of our fish is processed in our food safe accredited processing facility in Townsville.
For those who like to eat fish regularly and keep some in their freezer for such occasions then our frozen family packs are ideal for you. We use a variety of fish and first portion into 100 to 150g pieces which are then sealed in a cryovaced bag and frozen. This retains the moisture when thawed and stands up to the rigours of the home freezer. The frozen cryovaced bags are then packed in a 2kg carton and can be removed individually when needed.
